Arriving at your consultation

When you arrive at your appointment, there should be street parking available (it is free after 6pm and on Sundays). You can find our entrance inside the iron gates located just south of Jive's Coffee. Once you reach the alcove, press the white call box labeled Vanish and Lane will let you into the building.

Things to do before your appointment

If you are hoping to start your treatments (if time allows) immediately after your consultation, please be sure to eat a meal and hydrate beforehand. If the area being treated for tattoo removal has hair, please shave the area prior to your appointment.

What to expect during your consultation

You will be asked about your expectations and goals for your procedure (whether it’s tattoo removal, waxing or teeth whitening). If you decide to move forward and schedule your appointment, you will be provided with an informed consent, client history, aftercare information and the cancellation and late policy. All documents must be completed and signed before treatments can begin.

Deposit Policy

We ask for a credit card number on file if booking through our scheduling app. We require 48 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Notice given with less than 48 hours notice could result in a $50 cancellation fee. Changes requested through the booking app must be approved by Vanish.

Late Policy

To avoid unfair delays to your technician and other clients, if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be required to reschedule and a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged to your card on file.

No Show Policy

Failure to arrive at a scheduled appointment will result in $50 cancellation fee being charged to your card.
